A few minor specks on cold gold, Overall in very good condition!

Incorporated with elements of both Tibetan and Katmandu Buddhist art traditions, an austere Shakyamuni Buddha in perfect equipoise on a lotus throne. His face in cold gold, hair in blue snail-curls on a high domed usnisa, with the lustrous right arm and bared chest shimmering in gilded gold, tinted copper on traditional sanghati and lotus pedestal, overlaying with hand traced auspicious endless-knots medallion motifs.

As Prince Siddhartha Gautama, the countenance of the Buddha at the moment of enlightenment appears to be eternally youthful, downcast lidded almond-shaped eyes framed with incised eyebrows, his face shown in serene contemplative expression with a slight smile, he sits upright in padmasana on a lotus throne, with beautifully modeled fingers, right hand in bhumisparsa mudra (earth witness seal), and an engraved chakra in his upturned left hand in dhyana mudra (meditation seal). The superb casting of this aged bronze represents Buddha at the moment of transmutation of Mara’s delusion into mirror wisdom of reality. The base plate is sealed with an engraved viswa vajra. Along with sprinkles of tiny charred particles occasionally sipped through, which indicated that the statue has been consecrated in a ritual ceremony. The voluminous statue weighs nearly 7 pounds; overall it is in very good condition.
